I didn’t become a coach because I read a book about leadership — I became one because I had to learn how to lead in the trenches.
Years ago, I stepped into the automotive industry — a male-dominated field — and co-built a business that has grown year after year. I managed the operations, the people, the branding, the customer experience, the marketing, the hiring, the systems, and every fire that came with running a real company.
I learned how to:
